Prices exclude VAT. Aggregates are kept forever. Over the limit: warnings at 80% and 100%, 10% tolerance, no data loss. The Agency plan adds €20 per extra million pageviews. Sites managed by Astrelia are included in the service.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a cookie banner?
No. The service uses no cookies or other device identifiers and falls within the exemption for aggregate statistics set by the Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021.
How do you count visitors without cookies?
With a daily hash of IP address and browser, computed with a random salt that is destroyed every 24 hours. The IP is never stored and the next day the same person cannot be recognised.
Where is the data?
On servers in the European Union, with backups in the European Union. No external service is contacted during collection.
Can I import my history?
Yes: the Plausible export (zip) or a Google Analytics 4 CSV with a date column.
Does it slow my site down?
The script is under 2 KB, loads deferred and never blocks rendering.
Will the numbers match Google Analytics?
Usually slightly different: robots are discarded here, Do Not Track users are not counted, and nobody is followed for more than a day.
